the cleanliness of the room
the mattress in the room is really hard. it feels like you are sleeping on the floor.
Too far from everithing. Windows cannot be opened
It's really the cheap price..
Close access to Casino and conference venue at lowest price.
Some basic cutlery and crockery would have been good. Had to ask. Like all hotels,if a confirmation credit card is altered to another at check out....there are delays in your card being cleared of the confirmation debit.
Not recommend, this is the worst Best Western I have ever stay. Only value for 20-30box.
Hotel facility old and dirty, only one pillow for each twin bed,no spare in the store. Mattress is dirty and hard, can't sleep well. Since I paid for all nights and no refund if we want to escape. Bad experience.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is superb. It's near the airport, The Venetian, and the tourist spots in Taipa are all walking distance from the hotel. Plus, bus stops are easily accessible if you're going to Macau. They also have a shuttle service everyday that takes you to The Venetian. The staff can also understand enough English to help you around. Definitely a recommended hotel for those under a budget.
The beds are hard, actually. They aren't the most comfortable beds in the world. But other than that, I really can't complain. It was a good 5-day stay.
Beds were not comfortable. Towels were very light weight. Shower would not adjust We were told the pool was open and it was not. Breakfast had very little if any western breakfast food to offer.
quite big a room! clean and comfortable.very good choice
location is near the airport. the room is clean and quiet
their attitudes is bad...we ask them how to go to somewhere else (we just want to how to take a bus or walk).they just tell us to take a cab...crap
Actually the best of it is a location and no more than this.
If you think that a name will tell you about the hotel...you're completely wrong!!The best western hotel is everything more than that. The personnel is very rude and their english knowing is very very poor. The lady on the reception said to me, when I was asking for the directions, even that she didn't cooperated fully, just said stop! And went away... I mean, I was in all types of the hotels, but this kind of behaveur to the guests...she even didn't tell me where to leave my laguage after our checkuot, so another guest helped me.. It was realy realy unpleasant stay...If you can, give a little bit of the money and go anywhere else!!
English so poor No spa Nothing close No wifi in rooms Wifi in lobby so bad
The location is great because it is near the bus stop to Ruins of St. Peter and Senate Square and business establishments, restaurants and bank. Bus costs 3.20 HKD minimum and its best to have a Macao map with English translation and bus stop locations. Have coins in 1's and 5's (in HKD so you can still use it in Hong Kong) for the bus if you don't want to buy their bus card. The hotel is easy to locate from the airport (30HKD in metered taxi) and ferry to Macao. It is also near to other tourist spots in Macao like Galaxy and The Venetian Hotels. They give complimentary waters everyday so its great for those who are in tight budget.
i cannot find the heater for the room. as a first timer in a cold location i am not used to the temperature so it would be great if the rooms have it or instructions for it. although it might be that i was not able to ask for assistance that is why i was not able to find one... also, some receptionist does not know how to speak English well so its hard for us to understand what they are trying to say. the bed is kinda hard :( and they only have 2 pillows per room :(
Very nice location. 2 km walk to COD and Venetian. Free shuttle bus transfers to main destinations.
Very old and never renewed. Towels are really terrible - made from different pieces of old ones.
Location and cost for 2 night stay.
I did not get the room that I requested in my booking which was confirmed by Best Western. The upgraded room was a sorry sight, molds on wall, twin beds, musty smell and the noise from the meter/pump room kept me and my wife awake all night. This was very unsatisfactory.
Compared to other hotels, it was cheaper and well located.bus stops were nearby.
They charged extra for breakfast which is generally included in room rent in all star hotels, internet--a basic facility was not available in the hotel they kept on showing various excuses like breakdown of service or weak signal etc though it was specifically mentioned in your booking that free internet/wi fi available in hotel lobby..
